The project is located in a residential area of Navas de Tolosa street in Barcelona. It is an industrial building from 1969 with an aesthetic and identity that the project wants to keep, both in its interior design and exterior, to convert it into 41 homes and 5 commercial spaces.

An integral rehabilitation is carried out as well as of the existing structure. The new envelope maintains the proportions of the existing facade, with new enclosures and railings that generate a domestic scale according to the new use.

The project integrates the patrimonial value of the existing industrial structure in the new residential units. The apartments are composed of generous spaces, with a contemporary design that coexists with the existing materiality. At the same time it incorporates improvements in the skin and high efficiency energy systems.
