Vilalta Studio is a Barcelona-based architecture and urbanism practice working internationally across residential, hospitality, commercial, facilities and urbanism.
We believe architecture should belong to its place. Every project begins with a careful understanding of its context – landscape, climate, culture, existing conditions and the people who will inhabit it. Rather than applying a predefined language, we develop solutions that respond naturally to these conditions and create a strong relationship between architecture and its surroundings.
Our approach brings together design, technology and environmental responsibility. Sustainability is integrated from the beginning of the process through passive strategies, material efficiency, industrialized construction and innovative building systems. The aim is to create architecture that is distinctive, functional, efficient and capable of lasting over time.
Through a multidisciplinary way of working, we combine architecture, design, engineering and technology to explore new possibilities and respond to the specific challenges of each project.
Based in Barcelona and working internationally, Vilalta Studio has developed projects across different cultures, climates, scales and building typologies.
