PROGRAM: Residential
AREA: 424,000 m²
LOCATION: Cairo, Egypt
STATUS: Under Construction
TIMEFRAME: 2024–2027
The project begins with the geology of Egypt and the reading of its mineral strata. Limestone, sandstone and darker rock are reinterpreted as architectural layers that give unity to a large-scale development while creating an identity rooted in place.
The different typologies – townhouses, detached houses and apartment buildings – share this material logic: a predominantly light outer layer is carved into balconies and terraces, revealing new tones and depths. The proposal translates a recognizable territorial reference into a contemporary architectural system capable of combining residential diversity with urban coherence.
