Vilalta Studio’s DNA Explained by Begoña Corzo in La Vanguardia Magazine

We are pleased to share that Vilalta Studio has been featured in an article by Begoña Suárez in La Vanguardia, highlighting the innovation of our studio.

The article emphasizes our commitment to sustainability and responsible architecture, particularly showcasing the renovation of an industrial building in Barcelona, which has been transformed into our studio and showroom. This space serves not only as a workspace but also as a living showcase of our architectural and design proposals.

Architecture and Design as Allies

The design of our studio faithfully reflects our core values: sustainability, transparency and respect towards the environment. To achieve this, we have incorporated recycled and locally sourced materials, such as reclaimed wood, eco-friendly coatings and natural elements.

The layout and aesthetics of the space are designed to offer a conscious purchasing experience, allowing our clients to directly connect with Vilalta Studio’s architectural essence and the positive impact we promote on the planet.

COLLABORATION WITH VESICA PISCIS

Additionally, the article highlights our collaboration in the creation of Coretta Vilalta Studio, a vegan and sustainable footwear line made from recycled and low-impact materials, including corn-based polyester and natural cork insoles.

This project exemplifies how our circular economy philosophy and timeless design approach extend beyond architecture. Our commitment to wood as a construction material was also featured, emphasizing its durability and sustainability.
