Vilalta Studio has designed a set of 15 eco-efficient homes in the Pont del More Urbanization, located in Rosselló, Lleida. These attached houses, situated just 10 minutes from the city center, focus on offering spacious interiors and natural outdoor spaces, addressing the growing demand for sustainable housing in nearby urban areas.
Each home features an independent garden and access to private communal areas, encouraging interaction among neighbors and enjoyment of outdoor spaces. The interiors are designed for comfort, incorporating areas adapted for remote work, recognizing the importance of functional spaces at home.
The construction of these homes uses industrialized white concrete panels, a technique that improves construction quality and reduces building times to approximately 8 months. This approach allows for more efficient and sustainable construction, aligning with current trends in the building of eco-efficient homes.
